Rosemary, our Literacy Specialist, is a genius with provocations and writing/drawing activities. With 18 years of experience at Building Blocks, she knows the ins and outs of the whole school like the back of her hand, and she knows how to pull together beautiful, small motor activities for the children to engage with.

Science Specialist
Elizabeth, our Science Studio Specialist, has a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. She’s been with Building Blocks since 2023 and loves to answer all of the kids’ questions about how stuff works.

Art Studio
Let’s get active and messy in our Tumbling Room and Art Studio! Our tumbling classroom allows us to study our gross motor skills like balance and spatial awareness with activities like obstacle courses, call and response games, and dance parties. In the art studio we explore media types like clay, watercolor, glue, and paint to explore the world through the lens of art.
